Exodus 18:23-25

23 If you do this thing and God so commands you, then you will be able to [a]endure, and all [b]these people also will go to [c]their place in peace.”

24 So Moses listened to the voice of his father-in-law and did all that he had said. 25 And Moses chose (A)excellent men out of all Israel and made them heads over the people, leaders of thousands, [d]of hundreds, [e]of fifties, and [f]of tens.
